presto!
With December's arrival, I had to admit that it's really winter. The temperatures outside are doing their best to convince me too. So I changed my blog background accordingly. That's an elk laying in the snow. It's also called a wapiti by Native Americans and is a little different than the European elk, but still a member of the deer family.
As always, my profile pics are my own paintings, unless they are photos of my widdle guinea pig, Rufus.

I'm so glad it's finally winter! It's cold and there's snow on the ground, thank goodness. I like your profile picture, it looks so peaceful.

It's so cold here, too.
What a cool background! You make it or find it?
The background photo is a picture I found on Google and a friend lightened it up on her photo program. I wish had painted it, since it's a lovely scene.
Hey girl. I updated on my site some answers to some of the questions you had about Little Man. You had some good questions. LOL
Thank you for being such a wonderful friend. It warms my heart to no end knowing that my family is in your thoughts and prayers. I am truly blessed to have friends such as you.
Hugs~Dixie
