  • absence

     Not commenting on your blogs because I smashed my fingers in the car door recently. Thankfully there's nothing broken, but there's deep tissue bruising & swelling. They are sorta purpley & maroon.
       It's my right hand, so I'm having trouble doing much. I know it will be better in a week or so, but right now things are tricky. Dexterity is even worse than usual.
       Just didn't want you to think I was ignoring you. Sorry.

    I know that hurts like heck had that done alot.

    surprised I have any fingers left.

    even had car doors slam on my foot before I could get my foot in.

  • You know, you can buy purple nail polish and t this time of year I'm certain they have maroonish too.  Far easier and alot less painful.  ;)

    Heal fast! (Hey, I did that as a kid.  I still have marks on my fingers.)

  • Oh Jackie! I'm so sorry!  I woke up with my hand joints swollen like the Pillsbury Dough Boy this morning, but I shouldn't have complained - obviously it could have been a whole lot worse! Car door!  Who won, by the way? The car? eeek
    My last several posts have included pics of the kids and I.  I wish you could see them...
