It wasn't just St. Patrick's Day yesterday, it was also Dora's birthday. She's now 6 years old! Here she is eating her celebratory salad, which contains leaf lettuce, endive, parsley, celery leaves, romaine lettuce, dandelion leaves and mini carrots. Her eyes got real big when I set it down in front of her and she began gobbling it up as fast as she could. She was very happy with it!
